how can i get my begonia plant back to heath? It is just a bunch of long sticks right now, given to me to throw away, I've decided to nurse it back to health. I have fed and watered daily, and cut back the stems?

If it is a tuberous type, and the said tuber is hard.
Repot into fresh compost, you can trim the roots if they are very long but make sure you do not cover the tuber
as it will rot. If it is not a tuber if you repot it you should have good results soon. good luck

What kind of Begonia is it, Malissa? I could help you with Angel Wing and other cane-stem types, but tuberous types are beyond my experience.
