How can a yellow flower be called a white flower,
this is a verey high bush about 3 to 4 metres high.

there appears to be no rosy blotching in the centre of flowers, which means this particular one is Philadelphus coronarius and not Belle etoille.

I think it's a Philadelphus and maybe one called Belle Etoile
