Unhealthy Looking Bamboo
By Hebe1964

I bought a bamboo: Phyllostachys Auerosulcata 'Aureocaulis' about a month ago. It was tall and v healthy looking when I got it and I repotted it into a larger pot. Some of the leaves now look a bit yellow or dead, especially at the top of some of the taller canes.
It gets the afternoon/eve sun. I have fed and watered it. A different bamboo in a pot next to it is thriving.
Is there anything I can do before it gets worse or should I just leave it?

Hello, Hebe!
Sorry this took so long, I was waiting for someone from the UK to weigh in, but maybe my more general knowledge of bamboo could help. First, how often have you been watering it? When you repotted it, did a lot of soil fall off the roots? What did you feed it with? Does the thriving bamboo get a little less sun? Sometimes a few feet can make a surprising amount of difference in the sun exposure.
