I answered this question yesterday saying it was philadelphus and then Bamboo told you it was the type called coronarius

I've seen the pics so often I've had time to notice that blouse or shirt on the washing line - I rather like the look of the material, can't decide if its seersucker or just has raised dots in it...

Looks a bit gingham-y to me, or maybe printed with a basket weave pattern.....

I'm sure Wave1 could grow some climbers up that ugly chainlink fence to disguise it.
