I've seen the pics so often I've had time to notice that blouse or shirt on the washing line - I rather like the look of the material, can't decide if its seersucker or just has raised dots in it...

Looks a bit gingham-y to me, or maybe printed with a basket weave pattern.....
I'm sure Wave1 could grow some climbers up that ugly chainlink fence to disguise it.
