Have a problem with a Salix, oozing white chewing gum like substance. Any idea's would be greatly appreciated. Salix kilmarnock. Will add some pics tomorrow !?!

As promised here are the photo's. Like a white gooey substance maybe some sort of insect pupae ?!?

Found out now... Scale insect in their cocoon stage. GOT EM ! They got no chance now lol !!!
