Does anyone know what this plant is? Its over 3ft tall, about the size of a fox glove and is still growing quite rapidly but hasn't flowered yet.

it will get close to 6ft in height. the insects love it as it is a rich source of nectar.

It's a mullein - Verbascum is its Latin name. It's not one of the common felty leaved ones. I have one of these called "Banana Custard". They're biennials - this one must have been growing last year as it's shaping up to flower.
