Thankyou MG its so delightful in my rockery I never planted it.
The chap who landscaped our front garden 5yrs ago did.
And he only left some tags.

I thought glomerata flowers were much bigger and purpler than those. I wondered if it was a prostrate rosemary - not easy to see which leaves belong to which plant.

This a dainty plant with small pale blue flowers .
I shall try to get a better photo Steragram.

It's a Veronica. Not exactly sure which one but probably close to the V. peducularis, V. teucrium section.
