Your question is so broad you may just as well use a good balanced fertilizer such as Phostrgen.Other fertilizers such as potash nitrogen and many others can be bought but require some knowledge of what you are attempting to achieve. E.G. root grow foliar growth or fruit growth. If you are not familiar with the science of plants and their requirements. let a commercial firm look after the technical details for you, hence my suggestion of Phostrogen a safe all rounder and easy and safe to use.

Generally speaking high potash feeds such as tomato fertilizer are to encourage the production of flower and fruit, and high nitrogen ones encourage more green leaves.
As Moongrower says, planting in a good well prepared soil is the best thing to do, but if you didn't then help things along with the tomato feed and dig in some good compost or well rotted manure next winter or spring, depending on what sort of soil you have.

Liquid tomato feed for your toms. nothing for the strawberries, we don't feed the other veg. you mention either, guess you could try something like the liquid seaweed feed but if you've prepared your ground properly it shouldn't be necessary.
