You need a pesticide which treats for aphids and is suitable for use on edible plants - don't use anything that says its systemic, check the labels. Otherwise, blast them off with the hose or, if you use eco friendly washing up liquid (not Fairy or similar) you can put a squirt in a spayer with water and spray the bugs with that.
