Hi,I was given a couple of twigs from a pear tree,did'nt know what to do with them so just potted them in compost.Now the leaves are growing and it looks as though it has taken root,it's probably aprox. 2foot high,can anyone suggest what I do with it and when.Many thanks Babs.

Pot them on separately, and when they're large enough, you could plant them out in your garden. As they're from cuttings, they should be the same as the parent plant. You'll have to be patient waiting for fruit, though. It might be several more years.
