I have a large broom in my garden which I had to move a couple of years ago. It really didn't like moving and I thought I'd lost it. It's starting to recover but is growing in a very lopsided way - can I prune it back to the right shape or should I give up a start again?

They're quite shortlived, aren't they.

Relatively, yes Louise.

These can't be pruned other than a light clip over once they've finished flowering, so probably best to replace it.
