What can I do with the new shoots coming off the bulb of my ponytail palm?

By Amylia

My Ponytail palm has what I call "babies" growing off the bulb. Can I seperate these from the bulb without harming the tree?

On plant Beaucarnea recurvata

Leave it to grow and you will eventually have a two-trunked plant. It must be happy, and has its own Xmas stocking!

How do I say thanks?
