i think i have black fly on my begoniers but the reason why i am unsure because whats on all over the plant is a black dots (ANOTHER example, looks like small bits f mud on flowers) but they do not move. may it be the poo blackfly leave on the plants. all my begonier heads look very pale in colour and are slowing dying but not the green shrubbery.
I have sprayed with mild water and soapy water but keeps coming back.
I have also on my pot veggies, also there were signs of green fly on veggies but have gone now. blasted with solution of soapy water.

how do i get rid of this black for good. please help.
