Hi folks, can anyone tell me if I can give my Ozmanthus a good pruning? It is about 5ft high and has suffered quite a bit this winter. I have cut as much dead out as I can but it looks very bare, it was full of flowers this April and the perfume was amazing so don't want to lose it.
Thanks.

You can cut it back very hard indeed, but if that's what you want to do, its best left till winter when its dormant -you will get no flowers for a while afterwards though.
