You can scry the patches if thats what you mean and cast more seeds over the uneven grassed area and water or if you mean bumby you could get a roller and roll over the bumps that are uneven.

Keep it mown to encourage side growth - at least every week, water if dry, and there is a newish product that you can apply to patchy lawns available on line and in GC and supermarkets.
