It could very well be I am not sure Drc726 they are small dainty flowers on a stem.

Definitely Achillea ptarmica. :)

I've heard that Achillea ptarmica is different from most Achilleas in having solitary flower heads, rather than large clusters.

The multi branched heads and are Achillea millefolium of which I have several TUG
