I would go for Dactylorihiza foliosa but they are all very promiscus and it could well be a hybrid.

Well Bulba never could spell... as he says it is a Dactylorihiza and given he has been looking at them closely recently he could be right that it is Dactylorihiza foliosa, however, as he points out they interbreed so it is almost impossible to i.d.
