Hi could anyone tell me if I am too late to grow clock vine(black eyed susan) from seed this year I bought a plant last year and it was really lovely at the bottom of the garden but have phoned several nurseries and they do not have them in stock?

Thanks Meanie I think you could be right about the seeds oh well unless I can find a plant at a GC I think I will have to wait until next year. Thanks for your advice:)

Look for them as plants in the garden centre in May, that's when they usually have them, sometimes late April.

I've never grown them from seed, but my gut feeling is that it may well be a little late in the season.
When I saw the title of the question I thought that you had got hold of some Thunbergia myrosorensis seeds.......
