i have been to a beautiful NGS garden today in Great Budworth, Cheshire. They had a Artemesia Powis Castle which was huge! They must have been 5ft. The ones I have are at the front of my border and are only about 15inches. Are they possibly a different variety or is it the position I have them. Mine are in a west facing border.
Thanks.

They could be a different variety, but this plant usually does reach about 4 feet, I find. The one that gets 6 feet doesn't look quite the same as Powis Castle, so it might be they're in a sheltered spot, so weren't checked by the winter, and are mature. They generally prefer full sun.
