Not really - black spot is a fungal infection, and as such, roses should be sprayed consistently from April through till September every fortnight with a systemic fungicide, or a combined systemic fungicide/insecticide such as Roseclear 3, to keep it at bay. Get a spray and start treating now. Clear away infected leaves as they fall - the spores overwinter in the ground.
