Hello, the leaves on my recently planted Concorde Pear tree - planted 12 weeks ago, bought from nursery, 5ft tree - are going brown at the edges and the 2 pears on the tree are brown also. Do I need to spray with a fungicidal treatment?

The end of April is really rather late for planting top fruit trees and it could be struggling to establish itself. I don't know where you live but many parts of the UK were suffering from drought conditions in the spring along with strong winds. This could have held back the development of the tree roots.
I would enusre that it is kept well watered and hope that it looks happier next year. I would not be spraying with a fungicide.
