Diggin Diggin Diggin...our cottage garden area is slowly looking like it should...we are preparing our clay soil for better drainage....after all your helpful comments have purchased horticultural grit to dig in...we have just realised is is horticultural grit sand will this be ok is it the same? we have not opened yet so would love some reply's please.Thankyou.

I have used sand before, but grit works much better. Be sure to work in some organic material, too, or you may wind up with puddled clay--what they line the canals with!
