And this year's mystery plant is.... Can anyone ID..?
Hello again everyone, Just curious if anyone can help ID this pleasant little bush. This particular specimen was brought from my parent's house ( they didn't know what it is either)... I do like it but I'm curious about how large it can grow. It certainly likes it's new position and seems to be quite vigorous. It may be wild or semi- wild for all I know. Any help appreciated!

It's quite like the variety "Midsummer Beauty" that someone asked about a couple of weeks ago.

I'd agree this one is actually Midsummer Beauty - height and spread 5 ft x 3 ft

Many thanks one and all. This little bush was in a sorry state when I brought it up here. I seems to really like the conditions here and is surprisingly vigorous. The local wild bees seem to love it too!
I just needed some reassurance about maximum size .
Thank you everyone for your great kindness in answering this.
