I have my ponsetta in a so. window, has done well for wks., but now the leaves are dropping, I do water when I'm supposed to, but why all of a sudden are the leaves drying up, along with flowers and dropping off? Plant looks as tho it's dry but is not.

You have really done well to keep it as long. You could try cutting it back and letting it dry out a bit, then bring it back to normal watering in about September. New shoots should appear then, unless the plant has given up the ghost!
