i dont suppose and this is just a guess that the fruit trees were grafted onto the greengage and its started to grow from the bottem im also guessing .

thers know need for that ginnellie we are trying to helo and i find steragram to be a nice persen . have you conciderd steragram ment the answer she said . its not unusual to graft a different stronger root stock onto a weeker plant . this is a friendly site . just ask on google if you want to take the human factor out .

Actually, Noseypotter, I am very sure YOU were trying to help. Thank you. Yes, I have considered the 'answer' Steragram gave and I repeat, it was patronising. I think silly remarks will have the effect of discouraging members (especially new ones) from asking questions. I don't know anything about grafting root stock, which is why I wondered how the greengage got there. The pixies didn't bring it - that's for sure! I am aware that this is a friendly site, which is why, like you, I have belonged to it for several years.

im just saying steragram has always been a friendly face to me and at worse she was having a laugh not patronising . anyway cant it just be forgotten about as we dont want want to lose the friendly part realy . i like to havea laugh myself as it goes and sterogram has apologised . anyway swiftly moving on . im not sure my answer was right as know one who knows for sure has actualy answerd you which means im right or knowone knows the answer or they dont want to tell you . i had to ask a question more than once on here myself . anyway know hard fealings as theres know point . take care everybody bye for now . ps sarcastick answers definatly wont make you any more friends than aparrent patronising ones .
