Good Morning, this year I have somewhat 'missed the boat' with bedding plants, do you have any suggestions as to how I may introduce colour into the garden without too much expense, thankyou, Heidi.

Pansies are still looking good. The "so-called" winter flowering ones flower in autumn & restart in early spring. Cyclamen hederifolium and Cyclamen coum are great at this time of year and up to about May when their marbled leaves die off for the summer.
Have a look round your local garden centre and see if they've got anything going cheap, but steer clear of Busy Lizzies - they're not having a good year.
