I believe that you can take non-flowering cuttings and root them in water - give it a go!

Definately Busy Lizzy (Impatiens). Very easy to grow.

The flowers look like Impatiens hawkeri to me and their stems are brown.. But it's hard to say as the picture quality isn't good.
