Can anyone advise us with regard to an evergreen climbing and flowering shrub to grow in a pot and cover trellis. It will be in part shade and an exposed position in the garden.

Trachelospermum jasminoides- jasmine. Evergreen climber. This grows into a beautiful evergreen shrub, it's a climber but gets rather bushy. The scent is gorgeous to, every garden should have one, I have two lol. Google it and look at pics.. I got my pair from Qvc but you can buy anywhere. You will need to grow them in a pot this year and then transplant into the garden next summer.
If this does not interest you than consider a honeysuckle perhaps.
