I am growing my victoria plum in SW France. This year my fruit has withered and gone soft, nothing has ripened. how can I treat possible bug infection?

it could be plum moth or do the plums turn brown, rot and then develop raisd creamy white pustuals if so could be brown rot
as for plum moth then a pheromone trap to catch the male in june/july also remve all the fruit and check to se if any catapillar damage which eats the flesh around the stone and leaves behind a trail of brown excrement pellets
