When and how hard should I prune a three year old Maiden's Blush rose? When should I apply Bonemeal?

Answers

Don't bother with bonemeal, it won't do much good - best placed in the bottom of the planting hole if you must use it. Better off buying a specialist rose feed such as Toprose, and applying that at the recommended time twice a year. Too late now for feeding this year.
As for pruning, this is a shrub rose and, as such, doesn't really require much pruning, and what it needs is best done in Spring, as growth begins, when you remove any damaged or diseased stems and tips, any hips which have formed and generally trim over to keep to shape. This one reaches a height of about 7 feet with a spread of 5 feet.
