Yes it should do, it is a hardy herbaceous perennial flowers in August or September. something to look forward to still. Highly poisonous.

If you have bought a growing plant from a nursery it should be staring to flower now, in its first year. If you are growing from seed then it will take several years before it is large enough to flower.
