How can i grow peach and plum from fruit stones.

Copy and paste the link below into your web browser. Whilst you can grown fruit trees from pits they will not necessarily produce edible fruit.

As Moongrower has stated you may not get a viable tree at the end of your efforts. Plums are best grafted on 'pixy' rootstock for most gardens to keep them fairly dwarf. As for peaches, unless you buy a variety which grows well in our climate, the resultant crop may not even ripen. It might take you many years to find out that you haven wasted you time and effort.

But it is a great experience, especially for a child, to grow a tree - even if it doesn't produce any decent fruit!

And both peaches and plums frequently have beautiful flowers in the spring, even if the fruit's no good. As with the fruit, though, expect to wait 5-7 years before they bloom.
