It is an Aster, Aster alpinus or a named variety from this.

Yes I am also pretty sure it is Aster x frikartii Monch. I have a big clump in my garden but your one looks very good with a flower that looks bigger and brighter than mine.

ty :) and it was out because my mum has decided to make a small patio and had to sacrifice some plants as shes not really a flower person. so ive took them on :)
