What is this, just started to grow next to my Clematis?

The one against the fence looks like Winter Jasmine, Jasminum nudiflorum.

I have Solaniums and its not that, I also have both winter and summer Jasmine and I think this is winter flowering Jasmine as the summer one twines round much more than this. If it is you should start to see little yellow flowers in the autumn.

It's definitely a winter flowering jasmine (yellow flowers) - I've just put this one in my garden which has been in a pot waiting to go in for about 2 years!

Thanks all, looking forward to seeing the little yellow flowers this winter.
