Our early white ones have flowered, some have been frosted. Our red ones flower later and the buds are not yet opening.

Are they sited in a position that does not get early morning sun, as they dont like it, the early morning sun that is...........Also they must not be allowed to dry out during the summer and must be given plenty of feed during that time as thats when they are bud and flower building...........

do the buds just turn brown and drop off? if so it is frost damage. if not it may be lack of light ie too shady. otherwise i'm not sure why.
