I have a climbing rose called Wedding Day which I planted against an archway arround August last year.
It got badly damaged by frost last winter and I cut it back to about 12 inches off the ground. Its grown fantastic this year probably grown 15 foot BUT NO FLOWERS. Should I prune back later this year or simply leave as naturally want to see some flowers next year

As far as I can tell, this is a rambler and not a climber - tie in new growths and don't prune now.The right time to prune these is September, but usual practice is to remove all flowered stems back to the ground and leave in place other stems, which you tie in. However, if not much new wood has been produced, then the flowered stems should just be reduced by a half to two thirds and tied in, so bear that in mind for next year.
