i have a yellow berried one that is against a garage wall. we ran wires horizontally and the gently bent & tied in the new growth to the wires. The wires are held in place by metal eyes so there is ventilation behind it. any branches that come out directy from the wall that wont 'bend' get pruned off. hope this helps.
