My neighbour has a large bush in the front of her garden which has white trumpet like flowers growing to appx 3 feet, and lush leaves does anyone know what this could be?

Some people grow Zantedeschia aethiopica on their own as a specimen plant, and they reach that height - there are a couple in gardens up in our local village.
