standard fuchsias

could anyone explain to me ,how to go about making a standard fuchsia, i absolutley adore these plants, ive grown many , but never a standard

Answers
The mature plant needs warmth and continued growing conditions over winter otherwise shoots grow from low down and the shape is spoiled.
