Tree Prunning,
Hi guys, I need to prune a few flowering cherries. I think they are Kanzan and Sargentii.
When is the best time of year to do this?

Best to prune these being part of the prunus family between may/june and not in the winter other wise you run the risk of silver leaf desease, which will kill the tree in time, pruning in may/june gives plenty of time for the wounds to heal.
