I saw this plant at Doue le Fontaine in northern France in August this year - it has leaves the same shape and colour as some eucalyptus, and yellow flowers - maybe 3-4 cm long.
One of the plants had a stem about 1m high.
Any ideas what it is?

I've just answered my own question by looking at google images for yellow flowers. It is a Nicotiana Glauca.
Thanks,
Gray.
