Thanks. The roses are climbers and shrub. I would be grateful for any names you could give me that would resist black spot and have a good perfume.

Shrub roses with good disease resistance and fragrance: Fruhlingsgold, Cornelia, Felicia, Blanc Double de Coubert, Konigin von Danemarck (also known as Queen of Denmark). You will need to check the eventual height and spread of each one, and the growth habit - some are huge, others are smaller, some are arching.
Climbers: Compassion, Aloha, Climbing Ena Harkness, Etoile de Hollande, climbing, Mme Gregoire Staechelin (also known as Spanish Beauty), Mme Alfred Carriere, Climbing Shot Silk, Zephirine Drouhin, Sympathie. Again, you'll need to check height and spread and growth habit - Compassion, for instance, is good on a pillar, but others will cover a house wall.
