Not sure what kind of shrub you are after, evergreen or deciduous or the size, but here's a few to help you.
Indigofera heterantha, Kolkwitzia amabilis, Hibiscus syriacus, Choisya 'Aztec Pearl', Prunus tenella, Deutzia longifolia.
