hiya folks ive got a standard lavender plant looks healthy enough onotside but if u look close the leaves down in the center at stem are turning grey and dying any ideas wot to doto help it

Often a sign that you've not trimmed the bush over a couple of times during the season after flowering - should be clipped over, removing spent flower stems and about an inch of foliage.

That is what Lavender does, those internal old leaves no longer photosynthesise as sunlight does not filter through, they are not needed and die. You are noticing because it is a standard and elevated.
