I have a very good display of bronze and gold Rudbeckia this year which are by no means over. I would like to move some of them so that they form a good sized clump. Could I move them when they have stopped flowering in a few weeks' time or should I leave it until the spring. It is easier to see them now and it means I could get rid of the weeds that are growing with them if I do it now. I also have a huge clump of Gysophila with lots of Lychnis growing amongst it. Could I divide and replant that or is that best left until the spring?

I would do all of that in a few weeks time or when they have finished for this year.
