According to the A-Z Encyclopedia of Garden Plants Ficus Benjamina should be pruned in late Winter, I presume that would apply to you in Spain also. The pruning system is group 1 where the smaller side shoots are taken off close to the main stems which would prevent crossing branches and crouding. Hope this is of some help.
