Begonia seeds are notoriously difficult to germinate. If you have the hanging kind they'll be tuberous begonias. It's usual to keep the tuber somewhere dry and frost free when it stops flowering. Take it out of the soil / compost, let the stems die back and remove them as they drop off, then keep the tuber on a shelf in a shed where mice can't get at it and start it growing again next spring.
