I think this is a variety of Anthurium, so its a houseplant here. Needs bright light, out of direct sun, away from heat sources like radiators, likes humid air, water when the surface of the compost is just slightly dry but do not allow to dry out completely. Feed with something like Baby Bio when its actively growing.
