Robinia lace lady - What do i need to do to keep my robinia healthy through the winter? will the leaves drop? i have noticed a few leaves yellowing. It is about 18" high and kept in a large pot next to the house.

Robinia lace lady is deciduous so it will lose its leaves. If it had been planted in the ground it should survive even the harshest winters. As it is in a pot, I would probably try not to let the soil become too wet and insulate the pot to stop the roots from freezing if we have a repeat of the last two winters.

Thanks for that, it was quite expensive so don't want it to die in it's first winter!!
