I have some hardy fuchsias in my garden but love my neighbours ones. They are like a really big shrub about 3ft high and wide. What type are these I don't seem to be able to find this type?

You could ask your neighbour if you could take a cutting of his / hers.
Then you could grow it without having to try and find one of the same type and it would be free.

I wonder too if your neighbours' fuchsia is Mrs Popple. Mine has had it's best year ever and is now over six feet high with a similar spread. i love it.

Any chance of a photograph of your neighbour's plant? Hardy fuchsias vary in height and spread - some being only 10 inches high, others reaching 6 foot or more (fuchsia magellanica for instance), with everything in between too... and there are quite a few hardy varieties, so a photo for ID would be useful.
If not, check out Madame Cornelissen (4 feet) Mrs. Popple, Lady Boothby.
